后疫情时代国际旅行卫生保健中心发展模式探讨——基于我国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的实证研究

Discussion on the development mode of international travel health care center in the post epidemic era——Based on the empirical study on the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China

本论文系统梳理了前期各地国际旅行卫生保健中心(以下简称“保健中心”)在新冠疫情期间所提供的有代表性的技术支撑与服务支持案例,运用SWOT方法对保健中心现状展开分析,对如何同时解决保健中心生存与发展压力、技术支持与服务能力、社会认知认可度三个关键性问题进行了探讨,提出了保健中心在后疫情时代适应新海关发展的创新发展模式。

This research reviewed the typical technical and service support cases provided by international travel healthcare centers(hereinafter referred to as“ITHC”)during the novel coronavirus epidemic era systematically.Then the current situation of ITHC was analyzed using the SWOT method and the key issues of how to solve the pressure of survival and development,the advance of technical and service support,the improvement of social recognition,of ITHC simultaneously,were discussed.Finally,the innovative development mode of ITHC was proposed to adapt to the development of customs in the post epidemic era.
