新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情风险评估指标的研究进展

根据WHO疫情报告,截止至2021年9月,新冠疫情全球累计确诊病例高达2亿,累计死亡病例超过450万,作为突发公共卫生事件,时至今日新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情依然在全球范围传播。早在新冠疫情出现之前,国际组织和各国政府制定了针对突发公共卫生事件的风险评估指南,以便对此类危机事件快速进行风险研判。本文从突发公共卫生事件风险评估入手,梳理国内国际主要的新冠疫情风险评估方案,构建新冠疫情口岸输入风险评估指标体系,旨在为新冠疫情风险评估工具与指标的确定提供技术支持。

According to the WHO epidemic report,as of September 2021,the cumulative number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 worldwide has reached 200 million,and the cumulative number of deaths has exceeded 4.5million.As a public health emergency,Covid-19 is still spreading globally.Long before the emergence of Covid-19,international organizations and governments have formulated risk assessment guidelines for public health emergencies in order to quickly conduct risk assessments on such crisis events.This article starts with the risk assessment of public health emergencies,combs the main domestic and international Covid-19 risk assessment plans,constructs a port import risk assessment index system for the Covid-19 and aims to provide technical support for the determination of Covid-19 risk assessment tools and indicators.
