对药在慢性荨麻疹中的应用

Application of couplet medicines in chronic urticaria

慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科常见疾病。对药是指以协同增效、互制其短为法则的两味中药的固定配伍模式,临床疗效较好。通过长期的临床实践发现,对药在慢性荨麻疹的治疗中有重要作用,既应重视从"风""血""瘀"等方面对因治疗,以减少复发,常用疏风散邪、清营凉血、活血化瘀、调畅气机等治法;又应兼顾对症治疗以缓解瘙痒。对因治疗临床常用柴胡-葛根以疏风散邪,生地黄-牡丹皮以清营凉血,丹参-莪术以活血化瘀,防风-乌梅以调畅气机;对症止痒常用僵蚕-地龙、生石膏-生龙骨。

Clinically,chronic urticaria is a commonly-seen disease in dermatology.Couplet medicines,the compatibility mode of paired herbs,which are centre in synergism and mutual restraining,have certain advantages in treating diseases.After long-term clinical practice,it is found that we should pay attention to the aspects of"wind","blood",and"stasis"to reduce recurrence by using the methods of dispersing pathogenic factors,clearing heat to cool the blood,removing blood stasis and regulating qi activities in the treatment of chronicurticaria.Meanwhile,we also should consider symptomatic treatments to relieve itching.Clinically,we commonly use bupleurum in combination with pueraria to disperse pathogenic factors,dried rehmannia root in combination with cortex moutan to clear heat to cool the blood,salvia miltiorrhiza in combination with curcuma zedoary to remove blood stasis,radix saposhnikovoae in combination with dark plum to regulate qi activity,bombyx silkworm in combination with lumbricus,and gypsum in combination with raw keel to relieve itching.
