恶性肿瘤绿色治疗是以中国哲学思想及传统中医理论为指导,以内科治疗为主线,微创外科技术和中医外治技术为主线上的关键节点,采用"低损伤、可持续"的治疗方法,遵循控制而非根治的肿瘤治疗原则。中医特色治疗在防治肿瘤及其并发症中的作用越来越受到人们的重视,中药膏摩疗法属于中医外治法中的一种,是将药物外用与手法按摩有机地结合在一起,以达到治疗肿瘤及其并发症的目的,具有安全痛苦小、疗效显著、操作简便等优点。本文简述了中药膏摩的历史沿革、制备及操作方法,并对该疗法在肿瘤治疗中的几种典型应用进行探讨,旨在总结前人的经验,继承并创新这一传统中医特色疗法,使之能更有效地解决目前临床所遇到的问题。

Green therapy for malignant tumors refers to the controlled rather than radical treatment guided by Chinese philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine theory,with medical treatment as the main line,minimally invasive surgery and traditional Chinese medicine external treatmentas the key points on the main line,with the treatment methods of"Low injuries and sustainable treatment".Traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the prevention and treatment of tumors and their complications has attracted increasing attention.Chinese medicine ointment rubbing therapy,one of the traditional Chinese medicine external treatments,combines topical medication with massage,so as to treat tumors and their complications,with the advantages of safety,little pain,remarkable efficacyand simple operation.This paper briefly describes the historical evolution,preparation and operation methods of Chinese medicine paste,and discusses several typical applications of the therapy in tumor therapy,aiming to summarize the experience of previous generations,inherit and innovate this traditional Chinese medicine special therapy,so that it can solve the problems encountered in clinic more effectively.
