基于阴阳气化从升降角度析识六经病证治

Approaches to diagnosis and treatment of six-meridian disorders from the perspective of ascending and descending based on yin-yang qi transformation

基于阴阳气化的思维,以六经之气升降气机为角度,从"欲解"时态探析《伤寒论》阴阳六经病证的升降病机演变及证治方药。文章先从元气与阴阳之气、阴阳之气与升降制化、升降失常与阴阳六气之病证、阴阳升降与六经欲解"时"关联等方面对元气升降与阴阳气化六经进行辨析,再从升降失常角度具体论述三阳三阴(六经)病病机及证治方药。以期从阴阳升降气化的传统理论思维去统观与认识六经病脉证辨治,有助继承气化理论,贯通中医经典,灵活运用经方,对于临床辨治思维水平有提升意义。

This paper analyzes the"turning point"of six-meridian disorders in Shanghanlun(Treatise on Cold Damage Disease)from the perspective of qi ascending and descending movement based on yin-yang qi transformation so as to shed light on the mechanism,pattern diagnosis,formulae and herbs prescribed for six-mendian disorders.It starts with reviewing the relations between original qi and yin-yang qi,yinyang qi and constrained transformation of ascending and descending,ascending-descending disorder and yin-yang qi disorders,yin-yang ascending and descending and turning point in six-meridian disorders to elaborate on ascending and descending of original qi,six-meridian yin-yang qi transformation.Then the paper continues to discuss on the pathomechanism,pattern diagnosis,formulae and herbs prescribed for three-yang and three-yin(six meridians)disorders from the perspective of ascending and descending disorder.This paper is written with the objectives of understanding how to diagnose and treat six-meridian disorders by using the traditional theory of yin-yang ascending and descending qi transformation,so that we could inherit the qi-transformation theory,grasp the TCM classics,use the classic formula flexibly and improve clinical competency.
