浅谈后天八卦在《黄帝内经》中的应用

模式思维是中医学重要的原创思维方式,如三阴三阳、河图、洛书、干支等,皆是重要的原创思维模型,对《黄帝内经》理论体系的建构皆发挥了不可忽视的作用,解析不同的原创思维模式对医学理论的影响,对正确理解相关理论至关重要。后天八卦即是在传统文化和中医学领域均有着重要应用的思维模式。后天八卦蕴涵着时间与空间二维的双重内涵,对《黄帝内经》九宫八风的区域划分、人体脏腑的定位尤其是"土枢四象"的提出以及身形九野的理论等皆有重要影响,是对"天人合一"的重要展现。

Model thinking is an important way of original thinking in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Examples like three yin and three yang,Yellow River Map,Lo Shu Square,as well as the Stems-and-Branches,are all original thinking models that have played an important part in constructing the theoretical system of Huangdi Neijing(Huangdi’s Internal Classic).It is very important to analyze the influence of different original thinking modals on medical theories in order to understand them.Later heaven eight diagrams(houtian bagua)is an important thinking model in both traditional culture and TCM.It contains the double connotations of time and space,which has important influences on the regional division of nine palaces and eight winds in Huangdi Neijing,and the positioning of human viscera,especially in the proposal of the"earth pivot and four images"and the theory of human body corresponding to the nine geographical divisions.It is also an important demonstration of the"unity of man and nature".
