养老机构混合照护区失智老人“积极行为”特征与环境支持体系

Characteristics of"Positive Behaviors"in Dementia Residences and Environmental Support Systems within Mixed Care Zones of Elderly Nursing Facilities

引入“积极行为支持”理论,采用访谈、影像采集等手段,梳理不同时空间下轻中度失智老人积极行为的类型与特征,通过ABC行为分析法,构建“环境-积极行为”关系矩阵,明确空间环境与人文环境要素对不同类型积极行为的促发作用,进而提出支持失智老人积极行为的混合照护区空间营建与运营管理策略,为未来失智症照护分级发展提供理论支持。

The elderly with mild to moderate dementia exhibited more frequent positive behaviors under the mixed care model in elderly nursing facilities.The study adopts positive behavior support(PBS)and uses various methods,such as interviews and image capture,to identify the types and features of positive behaviors exhibited by elderly individuals in different temporal and spatial contexts.By using the ABC model,an“environment-positive behavior”relationship matrix is constructed to elucidate the stimulating effect of spatial and humanistic environmental factors on different types of positive behaviors.Then propose spatial construction and operational management strategies for the creation of mixed care zones that support positive behaviors in dementia elderlies,thus providing theoretical support for the future development of different dementia care levels.
