原居安老视角下的公共住宅邻里空间研究——以新加坡文德为例

Research on Neighborhood Spaces in Public Housing from the Perspective of Aging-in-place:A Case Study of Boon Teck,Singapore

以新加坡文德邻里为例,通过为期一年多的田野调查和NVvo质性分析,探讨了高层高密度环境下6类邻里空间的使用模式,老年人与邻里空间的互动机制,以及邻里空间如何满足老年人原居安老的日常需求;最后总结出4点启示,以期对我国建设适老社区环境以支持原居安老提供指导方针。

Taking Singapore’s Boon Teck neighborhood as a study case,through a fieldwork over a period of more than a year and qualitative data analysis via NVivo,the article explores the usage patterns of six types of neighborhood spaces in the high-rise,high-density environment,the interactions between older people and neighborhood spaces,and how neighborhood spaces meet older people’s daily needs when aging in place.The four insights summarized may provide guidelines for developing age-friendly neighborhood to enable aging-in-place in China.
