抗战时期基泰工程司重庆设计项目研究——基于工程档案

Research on Chongqing Design Projects of Kwan,Chu and Yang Architects&Engineers during the War of Resistance Based on Project Archives

基泰工程司是中国近代著名建筑设计机构,其于抗战时期将总所迁至重庆,并在此设计了50多处建筑,成为该时期重庆建筑的代表,体现了大后方建设的成就。然而目前研究仅限于杨廷宝在渝8项代表作品,针对重庆基泰工程司的整体性研究尚处于空白状态。在大量原始工程档案的基础上,全面考证基泰工程司在渝建筑活动轨迹。初步梳理了基泰工程司在重庆的发展阶段、组织结构和项目分布;并通过统计其功能类型与风格样式的对应关系,研究其中小型银行设计中的相似性,揭示其快速设计模式;通过统计其材料与结构运用,并结合美国大使馆新闻处办公楼和国立女子师范学堂设计案例,指出其因时、因地制宜的建造特征。

The Kwan,Chu and Yang Architects&Engineers was a famous architectural design institution in modern China.During the War of Resistance,its headquarters moved to Chongqing,and designed more than 50 buildings,which became the representative of Chongqing architecture in that period,reflecting the achievements of the rear area construction.However,the current research is limited to TingPao Yang's 8 representative works in Chongqing,the overall research of Chongqing office is still in a blank state.Based on many original architectural files,a comprehensive research on the activities of the Kwan,Chu and Yang Architects&Engineers in Chongqing is conducted.This article summarizes the development stage,organization structure and project distribution of its Chongqing office.Through the statistics of the corresponding relationship between functional types and styles,the similarities in the design of small and medium-sized banks,its rapid design pattern is revealed.By the statistics of its materials and structural applications,the case study of the United States Embassy Press Office building and National Normal School for Women,its construction features are studied.
