近30年城市形态与建筑能耗关联性研究综述

A Review of the Research on the Relationship between Urban Form and Building Energy Consumption in the Past 30 Years

城市形态是影响建筑能耗的重要因素。通过调控城市形态降低建筑能耗,是实现“双碳”目标的有效途径之一。基于此,首先辨析了城市形态与建筑能耗的相关概念,概括了城市形态对建筑能耗的影响机制。随后从研究方法、研究对象、气候边界与城市形态类别4个方面详细阐述了国外研究的现状、特征与趋势,并指出了目前国内研究的不足与差距,最后从理论研究与实际应用两方面提出了我国未来在城市形态与建筑能耗关联性研究领域应重点关注的内容与方向。

Urban form has a significant effect on building energy consumption.Reducing building energy consumption by regulating urban form is one of the effective ways to achieve the Dual Carbon Goals.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of urban form and building energy consumption,and then summarizes the influence mechanism of urban form on building energy consumption.Then,this paper expounds the current situation,characteristics and trends of foreign research from four aspects:research methods,research objects,climate boundaries and urban form categories,and points out the shortcomings and gaps of domestic research.Finally,from the perspectives of theoretical research and practical application,this paper puts forward the content and development direction that China should pay attention to in the field of correlation between urban form and building energy consumption in the future.
