基于扎根理论的多学科诊疗模式对医院建筑设计的影响机制研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Multi-disciplinary Treatment Model of Hospital Architectural Design Based on Grounded Theory

多学科诊疗对于疑难杂症诊断具有积极的意义,国际上已开始积极推进多学科诊疗模式,但在国内发展缓慢。由于传统的医院设计不能满足多学科诊疗模式,为探索新的医疗模式在国内的发展需求及其与医疗建筑设计的配合问题,研究采用扎根理论这一质性研究方法,基于对某实施多学科诊疗医院的职工和建筑设计师进行半结构化的深度访谈,对形成的文字资料进行归纳和编码;最终提炼出制度建设、总体规划、建筑设计、信息设备四类核心类属和相应的次类属,形成多学科诊疗对医院建筑设计影响机制模型。

The multi-disciplinary treatment has positive significance for the diagnosis of difficult and miscellaneous diseases.Internationally,although the multidisciplinary treatment model has been actively promoted,its development has been slow in China.Since the traditional hospital design cannot meet the multidisciplinary treatment model,in order to explore the development needs of the new medical model in China and its cooperation with the medical building design,the research adopts the qualitative research method of grounded theory.The staff and architects of the diagnosis and treatment hospital conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews,and summarized and coded the written data.Finally,four core categories and its corresponding subcategories of system construction,overall planning,architectural design and information equipment were extracted and form a model of the influence mechanism of multi-disciplinary treatment on hospital architectural design.
