摘要
采用定量指标评估方法,完成韧性4R属性模型指导下的韧性评价指标体系构建。以天津市中心城区为例,完成韧性单元单因子等级区划与综合等级区划研究,发现整体韧性格局呈现中心区域优于边缘区域的分布特征。进而从引导措施与提升策略两方面提出应对暴雨内涝的城市建成环境韧性提升方法,旨在为实践提升提供参考。
Using the quantitative index evaluation method,the flexibility evaluation index system under the guidance of the 4R attribute model was built.Taking the central city of Tianjin as an example,the single factor and comprehensive grade zoning of the resilience unit were studied.The overall resilience situation showed that the distribution characteristics of the central area were better than that of the edge area.Then,from the two aspects of guidance measures and promotion strategies,this paper puts forward methods to improve the environmental resilience of urban construction in response to rainstorm and waterlogging,in order to provide reference for practice promotion.
