Research on the Dual Adaptive Housing Layouts Based on Family Structure and the“Post-epidemic Era”

我国正进入社会转型关键时期,家庭结构变化与疫情防控常态化成为影响家庭居住模式的两大重要因素。本研究基于我国家庭结构的整体变化趋势,从家庭结构、居住空间、居家活动的关联角度出发,探讨了后疫情时代住宅将面临的新变化,强调未来的住宅设计应当充分考虑家庭结构特点及其空间偏好对日常生活的影响,提出将“以人为本”和现代居住空间内在逻辑相结合的适应性设计理念。

China is at a critical stage of social transformation.In recent years,the rapid changes of family structure and the normalized prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic have become two important factors affecting family living modes in China.Based on the overall changing trend of family structure in China,this study explores the new changes that will be faced by housings in the post-epidemic era from the perspective of the relationship between family structure,living space and family activities,and emphasizes that future housing design should fully consider the influence of family structure characteristics and spatial preferences on daily life.The adaptive design concept combining“human-centered”theory with the internal logic of modern living space is put forward.
