摘要
地铁站域公共空间功能空间和使用需求复杂多元,以往研究缺少对轨道交通公共空间的使用功能和使用人群需求行为的统筹考虑,造成地铁站域公共空间服务品质较低。Kano模型是对使用需求分类和优先排序的有效工具,能充分体现复杂多元的用户需求与用户满意度之间的非线性关系。本文结合Kano模型和BetterWorse满意度系数分析法,针对地铁站域公共空间功能构成、人群类别、场地环境的复杂性,量化解析地铁站域公共空间需求行为的类型和优先级,提出地铁站域空间环境品质提升的设计策略。
The functional space and use demand for public space in subway station area are complex and diverse.Previous studies lack the overall consideration of the use function and the user demand behavior of public space in rail transit,resulting in the low service quality of public space in the subway station area.Kano model is an effective tool for classifying and prioritizing user needs,which can fully reflect the nonlinear relationship between complex and diverse user needs and user satisfaction.Combined with Kano model and Better-Worse satisfaction coefficient analysis method,aiming at the complexity of public space function composition,crowd category and site environment in the subway station area,this paper quantitatively analyzes the types and priorities of demand behavior,and puts forward the design strategy for improving the quality of the space environment in the subway station area.
