以1952年建成的公私合营民生公司住宅为案例,通过空间分析解读当时企业及其中高级职员阶层关于“公共/私人空间”的观念和居住生活的构想,并通过调研访谈,揭示公私合营之后,居住者在公司和社会转型背景下的生活实践对居住空间公共化和私人化的过程。

In recent years,a social analytical perspective has emerged in the research of urban housing of the early years of the PR.China.This study takes the public-private joint Minsheng Corporation’s housing built in 1952 as a case to explore the concepts of public/private spaces and reveal the processes of publicization and privatization of the living spaces in the context of the corporate and social transformations through investigations and interviews.
