城市住居的代际融合情境解析及其营建体系研究

Study on Behavior Setting Analysis and Design System of Intergenerational Integration in Urban Residential Environment

针对“住空间”与“居生活”在代际关系方面的矛盾,本文对城市住居代际融合情境展开深入分析,通过定性定量相结合的实证研究,全面梳理城市住居的代际融合情境模式,整合代际融合情境的圈层与类型两个研究维度,系统构建代际融合情境营建体系的主体框架,分层分类提出代际融合情境的营建思路及关键策略,以期指导城市住居的全龄普适化设计,积极促进住居环境内多维度的代际融合。

Aiming at the contradiction between living space and living life in intergenerational integration,the behavior setting of intergenerational integration is deeply analyzed in urban residences.Through qualitative and quantitative empirical research,behavior setting patterns of intergenerational integration were analyzed comprehensively in urban residential.Integrating the two research dimensions of the life circle level and behavior setting type,the hierarchical framework of behavior setting system is constructed,and the ideas and strategies are proposed from the perspective of stratification and classification.It is expected to guide the universal design of urban housing and actively promote multidimensional intergenerational integration into the residential environment.
