摘要
对12家机构养老设施开展使用后评价,通过对入住老人、护理人员及院长的满意度调查及半结构式访谈,获取使用者对于设施整体规模及照料单元规模的评价、对设施规模大小的偏好及对理想规模的指标建议,在此基础上探讨适于我国的机构养老设施合理床位规模,以期为养老设施的规划设计及相关标准的制定提供参考。
In this study,the post occupancy evaluation of 12 elderly care facilities was carried out.Through satisfaction survey and semi-structured interviews with users,including residents,administrators and nursing staff,users’preferences and suggestions on the capacity of facilities and the reasonable number of beds in care units were obtained.Based on the results,proper capacity of aged care facilities was further discussed,so as to provide references for future design and the relevant standard research.
