须弥山空间模式对隋唐汉传佛寺建筑的影响初探——以《中天竺舍卫国祇洹寺图经》为例

Preliminary Exploration of the Influence of the Spatial Model of Mount Sumeru on the Architecture of Han Chuan Buddhist Temple in Sui and Tang Dynasties Take Zhongtianzhu Sheweiguo Qihuansi Tujing as an Example

在简要介绍须弥山空间体系的基础上,从《中天竺舍卫国祇洹寺图经》所述祇洹寺总体布局、中院中轴线建筑、子院景观、单体建筑及钟鼓法器等角度入手,辅以同时期其他佛寺建筑案例,试解读学界长期以来鲜有关注的隋唐时期汉传佛寺的宇宙学内涵。结论证明须弥山空间模式对以祇洹寺为代表的隋唐汉传佛寺建筑布局及设计意匠产生了重要影响。

Based on a brief introduction to the space system of Mount Sumeru,this article starts from the perspectives of the overall layout of the Jetavana Monastery,the central axis of the inner courtyard,the landscape of the courtyard,the architecture individual and the bells and drums as described in the Zhongtianzhu Sheweiguo Qihuansi Tujing,supplemented by other Buddhist temple cases in the same period,try to interpret the connotation of the cosmology of Han Chuan Buddhist temples in Sui and Tang Dynasties that have long been ignored by the academic circles.The conclusion proves that the spatial model of Mount Sumeru has an important influence on the architectural layout and design ideas of Han Chuan Buddhist temples in Sui and Tang Dynasties.
