存量背景下学区空间使用评价及差异研究——以大连市沙河口区为例

摘要 基于城市建成空间环境,以2020年大连沙河口区义务教育学区空间为基本单元,用地供需关系整体分析表明,学校用地和学区居住用地规模基本匹配。进而从就学可达性、规划建设品质和教育获取成本对学区空间的使用情况评价表明:服务区平均覆盖率仅有50%,学区人均步行就学用时分别略低于10和15min的社区生活圈规划标准。教育不均衡和居住分异相互影响,在空间上表现为使用结果评价的空间性和社会性差异。 Based on the urban built space environment,this paper takes the compulsory education school district of Shahekou District of Dalian in 2020 as the basic unit.The analysis of land supply and demand shows that the scale of school land and residential land basically match.The results show that the average coverage rate of the service area is only 50%,and the average walking time is slightly lower than the planning standard of community life circle of 10 and 15 minutes.There is a large gap in the acquisition cost of educational resources between school districts.Education imbalance and residential differentiation affect each other,which is manifested in the spatial and social differences of result evaluation in space.
