摘要
针对航站楼建筑较难进行有效的后评估现状,提出虚实结合的后评估方法,既具有虚拟行为实验的大规模与系统化优势,又具有现场实验的可信度。在上海浦东国际机场卫星厅开航后的评估项目中予以实践,从中发现了对称性问题、再确认问题、主次与冗余问题、再出发问题等,是开航初期造成旅客寻路困难的主要原因,并据此提出了优化建议。
It is an important issue in airport terminal designs that passengers have to be able to find their way efficiently.Due to the built environment featuring as continuous large-scale space beyond vision,with complicated passenger routes,and with various difficulties for on-site post occupancy evaluation,the wayfinding efficiency evaluation is hardly conducted in an operating airport terminal.In this study,an evaluation method based on in-laboratory virtual experiment and on-site survey is proposed,which shares the advantages of virtual experiments as large-scale and systematic capability,and the advantages of on-site surveys as high credibility.Through its application in the operating satellites of PVG Airport,it proves workable.Meanwhile,the reasons for low efficiency,such as the symmetry of space form,the reconfirmation behavior in large-scale space,the priority and redundancy of information on boards,and the restart of wayfinding,are found,according to which suggestions are raised correspondingly.
