摘要
寒地城市大型商业建筑室外视觉景观的品质亟待提升,居民的评价意见是提出改善对策的重要依据。从自然绿化、人工环境、建筑可辨识度、视觉舒适度4个方面调研居民的视觉景观满意度,发现冬季满意度远低于夏季。通过分析主观满意度评价与客观要素构成之间的相关关系,发现绿视率影响自然绿化满意度和建筑可辨识度,高纯度色彩、广告标识、围栏和积雪影响人工环境满意度,天空可见度、景观小品和高纯度色彩等影响视觉舒适度。同时,借助眼动实验分析居民对上述客观要素的关注情况,提出相应策略。
The quality of outdoor visual landscape environment of large-scale commercial buildings in winter cities needs to be improved urgently.The evaluation of residents is an important basis for improving countermeasures.A questionnaire survey was conducted to the satisfaction of residents’visual landscape experience based on natural greening,artificiality,architectural recognizability,and visual comfort.The results show that the degree of satisfaction in winter is much lower than that in summer.Analyze the correlation between subjective satisfaction evaluation and objective factor composition,results show that the visible green index affects the satisfaction of greening and architectural recognizability.High-purity color,advertising symbols,fences and snow coverage affect the satisfaction of artificiality,sky visibility,landscape arts and high-purity colors affect visual comfort.With the help of eye movement experiment,the residents’attention to the above objective elements is analyzed,and the corresponding strategies are put forward.
