基于需求理论的城市养老生活关联设施评价体系研究

Study on Evaluation System of Urban Elderly Living Related Facilities Based on Demand Theories

准确把握城市老年人对城市公共服务设施的需求类型与需求程度是科学规划老龄化社会城市居住生活环境的重要基础。在现有城市一般公共服务设施类别基础上经过实地问卷调研、Kano与ERG需求原理分析、熵值法与层次分析法权重值计算,归纳出城市养老生活关联设施评价体系,为老龄化社会下老年人生活宜居环境评价和城市公共服务设施合理规划提供参考。

Accurately grasping the demand types and extent of the urban elderly for urban public service facilities is an important basis for scientific planning of the living environment of an aging social city.Questionnaire survey,the Kano/ERG demand theory analysis and the calculation of weight values by the entropy method and the hierarchical analysis method are used in this research.Based on the existing urban public service facilities,an evaluation system consisting of 23 urban pension related facilities index is summarized,providing reference to evaluating the elderly living environment and the urban public service facilities in the aging society.
