From Direction to Path:Thinking about the Active Development of Urban Streets in China

在全球通过街道重塑缓解城市环境和公共健康压力的语境下,对我国街道为全面应对城乡扩展和经济发展需求所带来的弊端进行反思。首先从思维意识、空间供给和运维管理3方面,探讨我国街道发展所面临的挑战;再通过解读国际上涌现的街道发展新理念,以及理念背后的意识形态和践行策略,分析对我国的借鉴意义;最后从思维转变、品质提升和管理创新等角度,提出实现我国街道活力发展的策略建议。

In the global context of relieving the pressure of urban environment and public health by street reshaping,it is necessary to think about the shortcomings of the streets caused by the comprehensive response to the need of urban expansion and economic development in China.First,the paper discusses the challenge of the development of streets in China from three aspects:consciousness,supply of space and maintenance management.Second,the significance in solving the problems of our country was analyzed by interpreting the new ideas about the development of streets,emerging in the world,as well as the ideology and practice strategies behind the concept.Finally,there were three suggestions for realizing the active development of streets in China from the perspectives of thinking transformation,improving the quality of space,and innovation of management.
