Research on Column-and-tie of Tujia Stilted Buildings in Western Hubei Province

从建筑技术视角出发,在实地调研和对大木匠师访谈的基础上,对鄂西咸丰地区土家族吊脚楼穿斗架的一般知识、构造做法等进行归纳总结,以期对南方穿斗架技艺整体特征的研究起到推进意义。

This article attempts to summarize the general knowledge and construction methods of the Tujia stilted building in Xianfeng area,Western Hubei Province,on the basis of field surveys and interviews with the well-known carpenter from the perspective of architectural technology.This study aims to have an advanced meaning to the research on overall characteristics of the southern Column-and-Tie technique.
