“丘陵城市”与其“回应性”体系——上海杨浦滨江“绿之丘”

解读"丘陵城市"理念,并对其案例"绿之丘"(改造自原烟草公司机修仓库)项目的设计过程进行阐述,指出其在城市空间层面衔接了滨水公共空间与城市腹地,在管理层面突破了土地使用权属的划分,在建筑层面完成了对"非回应性"的技术体的自然化过程,成为"丘陵城市"关于"微变""柔软""漫游"理论的一次践行。

This paper interprets the concept of Hilly City and an example of case,i.e.the regeneration project of Green Hill.It explicates the design process of Green Hill project,which is renovated from the warehouse of Tobacco Company,and links the water front public space and the city hinterland,to break through vertical division of land use rights on the administrative level,achieving renaturalization of closed technical autonomous object,which becomes a practice of subtle change,mildness and wandering in the idea of Hilly City.
