光伏建筑一体化技术在小区旧改中的应用研究——以沈阳市铁西区工人村光伏改造项目为例

Research on the Application of BIPV Technology in the Old Renovation of Residential Area A Case Study of Workers Village Photovoltaic Renovation Project in Tiexi, Shenyang City

以沈阳市铁西区工人村老旧小区光伏改造项目为例,分析了光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)技术与小区旧改的适配性,通过研究BIPV在小区旧改中的气候适应性、经济性、美学性和安全性4种应用策略,提出了BIPV技术应用在旧建筑上的平改坡光伏通风屋面、铜铟镓硒光伏通风幕墙和独立式CIGS光伏阳台相结合的3种方式。

Taking the old community BIPV renew project of workers community in Tiexi District of Shenyang City as an example,this paper analyzes the adaptability of BIPV technology to renew of the old community.Based on the study of climate adaptability,economy,aesthetics and safety of BIPV in the old residential community renovation,this paper puts forward three ways of BIPV technology application on the old buildings of changing flat roof to slope PV ventilated roof,CIGS PV ventilated curtain wall and independent CIGS PV balcony.
