农村互助型养老设施核心问题探究

DISCUSS ON THE CORE ISSUES OF MUTUAL-AID PENSION FACILITIES IN RURAL AREAS

通过文献阅读、实地调研、问卷调查、数据统计及分析等方法,从"是什么""谁使用""如何使用""怎么建"4个维度,对农村互助型养老设施的建筑学范畴概念界定、服务对象特征分析、功能性与互助性的构建、运营与策划4个层面进行梳理,试图为该设施的进一步建设理清思路。

Through literature reading,field survey,questionnaires,data statistics and analysis,from the four dimensions-"what it is","who use it"and"how to use"and"how to build",this paper focus on the issues of the architectural definition,the characteristic of the empty-elderly,the construction of function and interactivity,operation and planning of rural mutual-aid endowment facilities,trying to build the thoughts for the further development and research of rural mutual-aid endowment facilities.
