失能老人特殊照料机构的实证调查及设计对策——以日本介护养老建筑为例

EMPIRICAL INVESTIGATION AND SPATIAL ENVIRONMENTS DESIGN OF SPECIAL CARE INSTITUTIONS FOR DISABLED ELDERLY:TAKE THE NURSING HOMES IN JAPAN AS EXAMPLES

运用环境行为学的实证调查方法,从建筑空间形态、建筑基本状况、空间构成特征等层面对日本介护养老建筑展开实地调研,以失能老人的空间利用实态、行为能力与活动频率调查分析作为研究依据,探讨并提出有效促进失能老人的健康活力、减缓身体机能退化的建筑空间环境设计要点。

By the research method of environmental behavior,the paper conducts investigation of nursing homes for disabled elderly in Japan from the perspective of architectural space form,basic situation of the architecture and characteristics of space composition.Based on the investigation analysis of real spatial utilization,behavior ability and activity frequency of the disabled elderly,the research proposes effective promotion points of architectural space environment design to improve disabled elder’s health and vitality and slowing down physical function degradation.
