摘要
五棵松冰上运动中心项目为2022年冬奥会女子冰球比赛的热身馆及训练馆,赛后将承办国际国内顶级冰上运动赛事,从事冰球、花滑、速滑教学培训,提供冰上文化演艺娱乐服务等,总建筑面积3.8万平米。结构体系为框架剪力墙结构体系,楼面采用钢结构,为提高结构刚度针对结构大跨度(38m)和大悬挑(10m)区域楼面震动问题,项目组在该结构的大跨和悬挑区域设置了减小楼面振动的竖向调谐质量阻尼器。项目共计使用调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)64套。提供了包括减震方案、分析、深化、产品和调试检测在内的全套减震控制技术支持。经过分析测试表明,调谐质量阻尼器可以有效减小楼面振动,显著提高结构楼面舒适度。
Wukesong Ice Sports Center is the warm-up hall and training center for women’s ice hockey competition in 2022 Winter Olympic Games.After the competition,it will undertake international and domestic top ice sports events,engage in ice hockey,fancy skating and speed skating teaching and training,and provide ice culture,entertainment and entertainment services,with a total construction area of 38000 square meters.The structure system is frame shear wall structure system,and the floor adopts steel structure.In order to improve the structural stiffness,the project team has set up vertical tuned mass dampers to reduce the floor vibration in the large span(38 m)and large cantilever(about 10 m)areas.A total of 64 sets of tuned mass dampers(TMD)are used in the project.It provides a complete set of technical support for shock absorption control,including damping scheme,analysis,deepening,product and commissioning test.The analysis and test results show that the tuned mass damper can effectively reduce the floor vibration and significantly improve the comfort of the structural floor.
