摘要
张江科学之门塔楼的主要建筑功能为办公,建筑高度320m,为高度超限的超高层建筑。结构抗风、抗震成为本结构设计的主要问题,为此采用成熟、高效的框架-核心筒结构体系。结构外框柱采用贴合立面的斜柱,既优化了建筑立面效果,也提高的结构的抗侧刚度。设计中采用性能化设计方法、弹塑性时程分析和专项分析(斜墙分析和复杂节点有限元分析)来确保结构的抗震性能和安全性。
The main building function of Zhang Jiang science gate tower is office,which is super high-rise building with the height of320 m.Wind resistance and seismic resistance are the subject matter of structure design.Therefore,the mature and high-efficiency frame-core structure is used.The outer frame column is slant to fit the building faade,which optimize the fa?ade and improves the stiff of the structure at the same time.During the design period,many methods were adopted to insure the anti-seismic property and safety,such as performance-based design,elastic-plastic time-history analysis,and specialized analysis(Analysis of sloping wall and complex joint).
