摘要
贵阳龙洞堡国际机场T1航站楼始建于1994年,投入使用多年,根据建筑功能和现场施工条件,在工期紧张且扩容改造不能停航的情况下,综合采用了一系列先进技术,结构设计方案采用绿色设计和建筑垃圾减量化理念,保留原T1航站楼及高架桥,新建部分采用全钢结构,在原T1航站楼结构改造和地基基础设计中合理采用了动态设计法和信息施工法等措施,扩容改造采用了多项创新先进技术,延长了原T1航站楼的生命周期并和T2航站楼完美融成一体,取得良好的社会和经济效益,为公共建筑改造项目提供了成功范例。
The Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport’s Terminal 1 which went into service for many years was founded in 1949.A series of advanced technology was tacked in accordance with the architecture functions and construction condition of Non-suspending Air Service.Green design and architectural garbage reduction theory was put into Structural scheme which included retaining Terminal 1 and the viaduct and adopting new-built steel structure.Application of dynamic design method and information feedback construction was used into the reform scheme of Terminal 1 and foundation design.By using creative technologies,which extended the Terminal 1’s lifetime and perfectly combined the Terminal 2,the beneficial result of economy and society was well got.It provided successful models to the building renovation projects.
