摘要
绿地丝路全球贸易港塔楼1#A结构高度为144.8m,采用矩形钢管混凝土柱+钢梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒的混合结构体系。本塔楼的结构特点为核心筒面积占比小,避难层处设置屈曲约束支撑解决刚度不足的问题。介绍了结构体系、弹性分析和静力弹塑性分析等内容,在较为经济的条件下满足各项整体指标。地下室层数仅1层,柱脚采用埋入式柱脚,通过设置多道抗冲切环板的方式解决抗冲切问题。
Tower A of Greenland silk road global trade port has the structural height of 144.8 m.Structural system of reinforced concrete core wall plus composite frame which consists of Concrete-filled rectangular steel tube frame column with steel beam is adopted in the tower.The characteristic of the tower structure is the proportion of core tube area small,and buckling restrained braces are adopted in the refuge floor to solve the problem of insufficient stiffness.The structural system of the tower was introduced as well as elastic analysis and pushover analysis.The structure provides a cost-effective solution that meets all global requirements.The tower has only 1 level of basement and column base is adopted embedded column base.the four plate is set to improve punching ability.
