密缀板耗能格构柱加固既有框架结构的实例分析及理论研究

摘要 新型户外加固方式是一种经济实用的加固措施,其相较于传统加固方式最大的优势是不入户,少扰民,既有建筑的使用功能几乎不受干扰,因此该种加固形式具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的发展空间。基于新型户外加固的思想,提出了一种密缀板耗能格构柱,结合实际工程将其应用在既有框架结构的抗震加固中。首先对一个五层的既有框架结构进行了多遇地震作用下的初步试算,计算结果不能满足现行抗震规范的相关要求。由于该建筑物是一栋医院门诊楼不便于停止营业,因此决定在室外采用密缀板耗能格构柱对其进行抗震加固。采用密缀板耗能格构柱加固后的结构,其多遇地震下的计算结果可以满足现行抗震规范的相关要求。为进一步验证加固效果,对加固后的整体结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析。结果表明:密缀板耗能格构柱能够改善既有框架的变形形态和受力状态,使得既有框架结构的损伤分布更加均匀;既有框架结构的残余变形显著降低。密缀板耗能格构柱的缀板在地震作用下屈服耗能,起到了保护既有框架结构的作用。受上述罕遇地震计算结果的启发,采用简化的两自由度连体结构模型,进行了理论分析,结果表明,在两子结构之间附加消能减震装置,能显著减小主结构的地震反应,这充分佐证了本文方法的合理性。 The new outdoor reinforcement method is an economic and practical reinforcement measure.Compared with the traditional reinforcement method,the biggest advantage of the new method is that it does not enter the house,does not disturb the residents,and the use function of the existing building is almost undisturbed.Therefore,this kind of reinforcement form has broad application prospects and huge development space.Based on the new idea of outdoor reinforcement,a new type of energy dissipation lattice column with dense battens was proposed,which was applied to the seismic reinforcement of existing frame structures.First of all,the preliminary calculation of a five story existing frame structure under frequent earthquakes was carried out,and the calculation results can not meet the relevant requirements of the current seismic code.As the building was a hospital outpatient building,it was not convenient to stop business,so it was decided to use Energy dissipation lattice column with dense battens to strengthen the building.For the structure strengthened by Energy dissipation lattice column with dense battens,the calculation results under frequent earthquakes can meet the relevant requirements of the current seismic code.Then,the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis of the whole structure after reinforcement under rare earthquake is carried out.The results show that:the Energy dissipation lattice column with dense battens can improve the deformation form and stress state of the existing frame,make the damage distribution of the existing frame more uniform,and the residual deformation of the existing frame is significantly reduced.The battens of energy dissipation lattice column with dense battens can dissipate energy under earthquake action,which can protect the existing frame structure.Inspired by the above rare earthquake calculation results,a simplified two degree of freedom connected structure model was used to carry out theoretical analysis.The results show that adding energy dissipation devices between the two substructures can significantly reduce the seismic response of the main structure,which fully proves the rationality of the method in this paper.
