摘要
该项目位于云南省昆明市,其中1#塔楼结构计算高度218.80m,核心筒高度233.8m。属于超B级高度的高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架(SRC柱)-核心筒结构,未设置加强层。文章依据所选定的抗震性能目标,进行了小震、中震、大震阶段的性能分析,提出了有效的抗震加强措施。工程所采用的的结构体系对于高烈度区200m左右超限高层具有很好的借鉴作用。
The project is located in Kunming City,Yunnan Province.In this project,the height of the tower 1#is 218.80 m and the core tube height is 233.8 m.It is a high-rise building with super B-level which applied a reinforced concrete frame(SRC column)-core tube structure without any reinforcement layer.Based on the target of anti-seismic performance,the article analyzes the performance of small earthquakes,moderate earthquakes and large earthquakes then provides effective anti-seismic strengthening measures.The structural system used in the project will be a good reference for 200 m high-rise buildings in high seismic areas.
