我国多源异构建筑用能数据获取渠道和方法研究

Research on the Channels and Methods of Multi-source Heterogeneous Building Energy Consumption Data Acquisition in China

建筑能耗在社会生产中占比很高,探明其相对准确的数据,对科学推进建筑节能工作有着重要意义。本文首先对建筑在全生命周期的用能数据的获取渠道展开叙述,从政府层面、行业及协会层面、科研机构层面、高新技术层面和企业层面列明其用能数据的现有获取渠道,提出现有获取渠道的问题,提出改进旧渠道的意见;并提出传统统计方法与新技术相结合的建筑用能数据获取新方法,以期为多源异构的建筑用能数据的获取提供支持。

Building energy consumption accounts for a high proportion in social production.It is of great significance to explore its relatively accurate data for scientific promotion of building energy conservation.This paper first describes the acquisition channels of energy consumption data of buildings in the whole life cycle,lists the existing access channels of energy consumption data from the government level,industry and association level,scientific research institutions level,high-tech level and enterprise level,puts forward the problems of existing access channels,puts forward the suggestions for improving the old channels,and puts forward the construction of combining traditional statistical methods with new technologies The new method of building energy data acquisition is expected to provide support for multi-source heterogeneous building energy data acquisition.
