摘要
小口径泥水平衡顶管注浆减阻系统由注浆尾套、带阀门注浆管、可调压注浆泵组成,其中注浆尾套置于机头和顶管之间,注浆尾套内含注浆孔,顶进过程中,可调压注浆泵通过带阀门注浆管从尾套内注浆孔往顶管侧壁注入触变泥浆,利用可调压注浆泵调节注浆压力,利用带阀门注浆管控制注浆的开始和停止,最终实现可调控的注浆减阻功能。通过三段在不同比重触变泥浆条件下小口径泥水平衡顶管施工试验,选定砂质粘性土中的最佳泥浆配比,实现注浆减阻效果的最大化。小口径泥水平衡顶管注浆减阻技术在顶管施工中效率高,经济社会效益好,具有较好的推广应用价值。
The small-diameter mud-water balance pipe jacking grouting drag reduction system is composed of grouting tail sleeve,valve grouting pipe and adjustable pressure grouting pump.The grouting tail sleeve is placed between the machine head and the pipe jacking,and the grouting tail sleeve contains grouting holes.During jacking,the adjustable pressure grouting pump injects thixotropic mud from the grouting hole in the tail sleeve to the side wall of the pipe jacking through the valve grouting pipe,and the adjustable pressure grouting pump is used to adjust the grouting pressure The valve grouting pipe is used to control the start and stop of grouting,and finally realize the adjustable grouting resistance reduction function.Through three stages of small-diameter mud-water balance pipe jacking tests under different specific gravity thixotropic mud conditions,the best mud ratio in sandy clay soil was selected to maximize the drag reduction effect of grouting.Small diameter mud water balanced pipe jacking grouting resistance reduction technology has high efficiency in pipe jacking construction,good economic and social benefits,and has good application value.
