单轴SMW工法及其在深大基坑中的工程实践 被引量:1

Practice of Uniaxia SMW Method in Deep and Large Foundation Pits

摘要 单轴SMW工法是一种有别于传统三轴SMW工法的基坑支护新技术。本文对该工法的特点进行了详细介绍,并列举某坚硬复杂地质条件下深大基坑支护中的成功案例。分析指出,单轴SMW工法,实现了止水桩与型钢打插一体化作业,具有穿过硬塑至坚硬土层、进入标贯击数60击的全~强风化花岗岩能力,而且成桩直径多选,经济性较好,极大地拓展了传统SMW技术的适用范围,具有广阔的应用前景。 The uniaxia SMW method is a new foundation pit support technology which is different from the traditional triaxial one.This paper introduces the characteristics of the method in detail,and lists a successful case of deep and large foundation pit support under hard and complex geological conditional.The article points out several advantages of uniaxia SMW method:the integrated construction of driving mixing pile and inserting section steel;the ability of through hard soil into the fully-strongly weathered granite;multiple selection of pile diameter and better economy.These advantages thus greatly expand the scope of application of traditional SMW technology.Therefore,it has broad application prospects.
