软土地区倾斜管桩对承载力影响试验研究及处理方法 被引量:3

摘要 软土多具有高压缩性、高含水量、承载力低等特点,预应力管桩在软土地层施工由于施工速度快、施工效率高,且避免旋挖灌注桩和长螺旋钻孔灌注桩缩孔、塌孔、充盈系数大、造价高等问题,应用较为广泛,但预应力管桩施工有很强挤土效应和容易形成超静孔隙水压力瞬时增大,会出现管桩倾斜、断裂、施工速度过快导致管桩上浮等质量事故。带地下室的高层建筑基坑土方开挖组织不当,常出现坑内土体滑移,以及挖土机械扰动土层、碰撞桩体,造成软土地区大面积管桩倾斜。论文主要分析了管桩倾斜后其受力状态发生改变情况,倾斜管桩承载力变化,以及如何处理管桩的倾斜问题,为软土地区倾斜管桩处理提供参考。 Most soft soils have the characteristics of high compressibility,high water content,and low bearing capacity.The construction of prestressed pipe piles in soft soil layers is due to the fast construction speed and high construction efficiency,and avoids the shrinkage of rotary excavation and long spiral bored piles Problems such as holes,collapse holes,large filling coefficients,and high cost are widely used,but the prestressed pipe pile construction has a strong squeezing effect and it is easy to form an ultra-quiet pore water pressure.Excessive speed leads to quality accidents such as pipe pile floating.The earth excavation of the foundation pit of the high-rise building with basement is improperly organized,and the soil slip in the pit often occurs,and the excavation machinery disturbs the soil layer and collides with the pile body,causing large-scale pipe pile tilting in soft soil areas.The thesis mainly analyzes the change of the stress state of the pipe pile after tilting,the change of the bearing capacity of the inclined pipe pile,and how to deal with the tilting of the pipe pile,which provides a reference for the treatment of the inclined pipe pile in the soft soil area.
