摘要
针对管桩基础在北方寒冷地区的破坏问题,对光伏桩、栈桥基础桩和建筑基础桩进行了病害调查,并分析了各类型基础病害的表现形式和产生的原因。分析表明,寒区冻胀和施工不规范是造成管桩基础产生病害的主要原因,应对管桩基础已有裂缝进行填充、修复,并进行加固处理,对隆起基础进行复原并采取一定措施提升承载力;鉴于寒区管桩基础可能产生的病害,应在设计和施工过程中提前采取措施避免相关因素的影响。
In order to research the damage of pipe pile in cold regions,based on the disease investigation,disease forms and causes of all kinds of pile foundation were analyzed.The results indicate that frost heave and non-standard constructions are the main reason for inducing disease,some measures should be taken to control the cracks on pipe pile foundation,such as fissure filling,repair and reinforcement,and recovery measures should be taken to lift the capacity for the upheaval foundation.In view of the diseases of pipe pile foundation in cold regions,precautionary measures should be considered during design and construction process.
