青海省土地综合承载力评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Comprehensive Land Carrying Capacity in Qinghai Province

土地资源是承载人类生存发展的物质基础,全面掌握土地资源综合承载力状况,是促进土地资源合理利用、区域经济社会可持续发展的基础。以青海省为研究对象,从人口规模、开发建设、经济发展、自然生态4个方面构建评价指标体系,运用层次分析法、综合归纳法、均方差决策法等,测算该区域土地综合承载力综合指数Ei,依据Ei<0.4,0.4<Ei<0.5,Ei>0.5的标准,将研究区土地综合承载能力分为高等承载力区、中等承载力区和低等承载力区,进一步对3个土地承载力区土地特征和空间差异的驱动因素进行分析,提出提高土地综合承载力及科学开发利用的建议。

Land resources are the material basis for human survival and development. Comprehensive understanding of the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources is the basis for promoting the rational use of land resources and the sustainable development of the regional economy and society. Taking Qinghai Province as the research object,an evaluation index system was constructed from the four aspects of population size,development and construction,economic development,and natural ecology.Analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive induction method,and mean squared decision method were used to calculate the comprehensive land carrying capacity in the region. The index Ei,according to the criteria of Ei<0.4, 0.4<Ei<0.5, Ei>0.5,divides the comprehensive carrying capacity of the land in the study area into high-capacity areas,medium-capacity areas and low-capacity areas. The driving factors of land characteristics and spatial differences in the force zone are analyzed,and suggestions for improving the comprehensive land carrying capacity and its scientific development and utilization are put forward.
