BIM技术是工程设计建造管理过程中较为常用的数据化工具,在参数模型运用下实现对各类项目相关信息的整合,是设计团队和建筑运营单位等各方建筑主体工作过程中的重要辅助,无论是在提高生产效率方面还是节约成本等方面都具有不可忽视的意义。BIM技术在预制装配式住宅中的应用已十分普遍,建筑设计及预制构件生产等过程中都离不开BIM技术。鉴于此,主要针对预制装配式建筑的BIM技术应用进行探究。

BIM technology is a more commonly used data tool in the process of engineering design and construction management.It uses parameter models to integrate various types of project-related information.It is used by the design team and the building operation unit,etc.Important assistance,both in terms of improving production efficiency and saving costs,is of great significance.It is understood that the application of BIM technology in prefabricated prefabricated houses has become very common,and BIM technology is inseparable in the process of architectural design and production of prefabricated components.In view of this,this article focuses on the application of BIM technology for prefabricated buildings.
