我国社会经济的不断发展推动了工程建设事业的发展,使我国坝工界由普通混凝土坝向混凝土面板堆石坝发展;由于混凝土面板堆石坝具有对地形、地质条件有较强的适应能力,并且施工方便、投资省、工期短、运行安全、抗震性好等特点,在坝型选择上具有较大的优势,近些年来已在水利工程建设中得到了广泛的应用;在工程建设中,只有不断完善混凝土面板堆石坝的施工工艺,施工质量才能得到充分保证。因此,主要根据混凝土面板堆石坝施工特点对施工质量控制要点进行分析,制订科学合理的质量控制方案,加强过程控制管理,防止出现施工质量问题,将质量安全隐患降到最低。

With the continuous development of China’s society and economy,the development of engineering construction has been promoted,and the dam industry in our country has developed from an ordinary concrete dam to a concrete faced rockfill dam.Strong adaptability,convenient construction,low investment,short construction period,safe operation,good seismic resistance,etc.,have great advantages in dam type selection,so it has been widely used in water conservancy projects in recent years.In engineering construction,only by continuously improving the construction technology of concrete faced rockfill dams can the construction quality be fully guaranteed.This article mainly analyzes the construction quality control points based on the construction characteristics of concrete faced rockfill dams,formulates a scientific and reasonable quality control plan,strengthens process control management,prevents construction quality problems,and minimizes potential quality and safety hazards.
