基于虚拟现实技术的京津冀城市商业型街道环境感知因子分析及优化研究

摘要 当前城市绿化评价主要以绿化率、绿地率等二维指标为主,忽视了居民对绿化的三维空间感知。结合实地调研提炼出六类街道环境感知因子,并结合虚拟现实技术试验对街道"阔叶树比例"等3个街道空间环境变量进行研究,发现"舒适性感知"最能影响行人对街道环境的感受,而街道环境变量中,"墙面绿化"对于提高街道整体环境感知起到最重要的作用,针对京津冀商业型街道增加"墙面绿化"提出了实施策略建议。 The current evaluation of urban greening is mainly based on two-dimensional indicators such as greening rate and green space rate,ignoring the three-dimensional spatial perception of residents.Combined with field research,six types of street environment perception factors were extracted,and combined with virtual reality technology experiments to study three street space environment variables such as the street’’broadleaf tree rati’’and found that’’comfort perception’’can most affect pedestrians’perception of the street environment among the street environment variables,’’wall greening’’plays the most important role in improving the overall environmental perception of the street,and proposes implementation strategies for adding’’wall greening’’to commercial streets in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
