BIM技术、绿色施工技术、智慧建造、装配式建筑发展是当前建筑施工的趋势。某办公楼通过应用BIM技术提高了工程的施工质量,项目主要平面布置、技术交底、综合管线布置、可视化等方面进行应用,并总结应用的效果,为今后类似工程提供参考依据。

The development of BIM technology,green construction technology,intelligent construction and prefabricated building is a trend of current construction.In this paper,the construction quality of an office building contracted by the company has been improved through the application of BIM technology.The project mainly uses plane layout,technical disclosure,comprehensive pipeline layout,visualization and other aspects of the application,and summarizes the application effect,so as to provide a reference for enterprises in similar projects in the future.
