摘要
树木岭隧道出口段以强、中风化泥岩为主,浅埋,下穿房屋,爆破开挖安全风险大,破碎锤开挖超挖大,铣挖机有效控制了超挖,节约了成本。对隧道超挖控制难点进行分析,提出隧道开挖方案及施工方法,得到了良好的社会与经济效益。
The exit section of Shumuling Tunnel is dominated by strong and moderately weathered mudstone,which is shallowly buried and penetrates through the house.The safety risk of blasting excavation is high.Excavation of the hammer is large.The milling machine effectively controls the overexcavation and saves costs.This paper analyzes the difficulty of tunnel over-excavation control,propose tunnel excavation plan and construction method,which gets good social and economic benefits.
