摘要
该项目为上海某装配式的住宅,预制率为40%,结构体系为装配整体式剪力墙结构体系。高层外立面全高干挂铝板,为实现保温一体化,同时又要保证石材铝板的有效力,外墙采用夹心保温外墙加龙骨节点预埋形式,针对夹心保温一体化加预埋外造型节点进行分析,实现了外墙一体化,且满足了丰富的外立面造型,做到保温连续,传力路径明确;项目高度超过了60 m,根据上海抗震规范要求,为高度超限,对受力构件的连接有效加强。另外项目平面户型构件种类丰富,在水平构件的连接上采用多种连接方式,且取得较好的现场效果。为同类项目提供一定的参考。
The project is a prefabricated residential building in Shanghai with a prefabrication rate of 40%.The structural system is an assembled integral shear wall structure.In order to realize the integration of heat preservation and ensure the effectiveness of stone aluminum plate,the embedded form of sandwich heat preservation outer wall and keel node is adopted for the outer wall.Based on the analysis of sandwich heat preservation integration and embedded outer modeling node,the integration of outer wall heat preservation and embedded outer modeling node is realized,which meets the requirements of rich exterior facade modeling,continuous heat preservation and clear transfer path.The height of the project is more than 60 m.According to the requirements of Shanghai seismic code,the connection of the stressed structure is effectively strengthened in order to exceed the height limit.In addition,there are many types of flat house construction in the project,and many kinds of connection methods are adopted in the connection of horizontal construction,and good field effect is achieved.It can provide reference for similar projects.
