无砟轨道裂缝影响因素及修复工艺探讨

摘要 随着我国轨道交通技术的发展,无砟轨道得到了越来越广泛的应用,而无砟轨道的各项RAMS性能对列车的运行安全有重要影响,因此有必要对无砟轨道的全寿命周期内各项性能指标进行研究。主要对无砟轨道的裂缝伤损和修复工艺进行重点研究。基于轨道线路的重要性和易出现裂缝等病害特性,建设单位和施工单位除应采取多种有效措施防止或减少无砟轨道出现裂缝伤损外,还应在无砟轨道出现裂缝后积极应对,在熟练掌握相关修复工艺的前提下,选用合理的修复材料,及时有效地采取措施对裂缝等病害进行治理并加强伤损修复处的监测,降低裂缝伤损等病害的复现概率,为列车的安全运行提供可靠的线路保障。 With the development of China’s rail transit technology,ballastless track has been more and more widely used,and the performance of various RAMS of ballastless track has an important impact on the running safety of the train,so it is necessary to study the performance indexes of ballastless track in its whole life cycle.This paper focuses on the crack damage and repair technology of ballastless track.Based on the importance of rail lines and cracks and other disease characteristics,construction units and construction units in addition to the many kinds of effective measures should be taken to prevent or reduce the cracks without a frantic jumble orbit injuries,should also be without a frantic jumble rail cracks after positive response,in mastering the related repair process,if choose reasonable repair materials,timely and effective measures to crack diseases such as governance and strengthen wound repair in monitoring,reduce the probability of repetition of crack damage of disease,to provide reliable line to ensure the safe operation of the train.
