摘要
吉隆坡标志塔的塔冠为网格型空间结构,包括外筒和内筒,截面主要为箱形截面,连接节点以焊接型为主。通过对施工难点的分析,从塔冠安装的总体思路、塔式起重机的布设和构件的分段、塔冠施工全过程模拟计算、临时支撑的设置、安全防护措施、焊接和变形监测等多方面进行了总结,为类似结构提供相关的施工方法和经验。
The crown of Kuala Lumpur Signature Tower is a space lattice structure,including the inner and outer frame.The steel structure of crown is mainly box-type section and the connection is mostly welded.According to the analysis of the construction difficulty,this paper summarized the general idea of the crown erection,tower crane installation,segment of the structure,simulation analysis of crown erection with finite element software,temporary bracing setting,safety measurement,welding and deflection survey,which can provide construction experience and methodology of similar project.
