摘要 以郑州市四环线及大河路快速化工程南四环城市高架桥梁施工为载体,研究预制节段梁上行式桁架架桥机悬臂拼装施工技术,在大曲率高纵、横坡且不影响地面交通的条件下,通过对施工工艺的理论研究与现场实施,总结预制节段梁上行式架桥机悬臂拼装的施工技术。桥梁上部结构节段预制和下部结构的施工可同时进行,施工速度快,工期缩短;有利于桥位处的环保,能最大程度地减少脚手架的使用,节约桥下空间,减少对桥下的现有交通的影响,适合拥挤市区内高架桥道路的施工。 This construction technology is based on the construction of the fourth ring road in the Zhengzhou City and the Dahe Road Expressway South Fourth Ring Road viaduct construction as a carrier.It researches the cantilever assembly construction technology of the precast segment beam upward truss bridge crane.Without affecting the ground traffic,the construction technology of prefabricated segment beam ascending bridge crane cantilever assembly is summarized through theoretical research and field implementation of construction technology.The prefabrication of the upper structural section of the bridge and the construction of the substructure can be carried out simultaneously,with fast construction speed and short construction period;it is beneficial to the environmental protection at the bridge location,can minimize the use of scaffolding,save space under the bridge,and reduce the impact of existing traffic is suitable for the construction of viaduct roads in congested urban areas.
