摘要
在我国建筑工程中,使用较多的模板支撑系统为钢管式及盘扣式脚手架支撑系统。大多使用多层板、木龙骨、脚手板等材料,且木龙骨在一个工程项目完成之后,只有约1/2还能继续使用,周转次数少,损失情况严重。针对此,提出应用新型散拼早拆模板体系,从工程单层面积计算、脚手架需要的材料费用及后期脚手架维修的费用考虑,均比普通脚架租金有更大优势,可推广应用。
In our country’s construction projects,more formwork support systems are used:steel pipe and disc buckle scaffolding support systems.Most of the materials are multi-layer boards,wooden keels,scaffolding boards,etc.After the completion of an engineering project,only about 1/2 of the wooden keels can continue to be used,with fewer turnovers and serious losses.In view of this,a new formwork system for early dismantling and dismantling is proposed.From the calculation of the single-layer area of the project,the cost of materials required for scaffolding,and the cost of scaffolding maintenance in the later stage,it has a great advantage over ordinary scaffolding rents,which can be promoted and applied.
